Please note: 

• Local delivery takes on average 2 - 3 Business days (excl. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

• We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays.

• We deliver via the Courier Guy. Notification will be sent when shipped, in transit and when going out for delivery. 

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

• Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information or not making themselves available for delivery. 

• Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond our control, such as public holidays.
