Please note: 

  • Local delivery takes on average 2 - 3 Business days (excl. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • International: Processing Time is 10 to 15 days and shipping time 8 to 13 days Business days (excl. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays.

  • International Shipping is from warehouses that is located abroad and may incur in Custom TAX and duties (Section 66 of The Act of 1964)byer/custemer responsibility for payment .

  • Customer responsible for return shipping if at own fault or choice. 
  • Refund and returns on international products is only if factory sent wrong product.
  • We deliver via Buffalo Courier who partner with Pargo, Paxi and Fastway for local deliveries. Pargo and Paxi deliver to drop-off points.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • No Return or refund on international products ,if customers are at fault for wrong choice as this are direct factory sales.

  • Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

  • Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

  • Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond our control, such as public holidays.
